Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AbleFit Club, operated by Able Fitness ("we," "us," or "our"), including the website at ablefitnesscoaching.com, the web app at app.ablefitnesscoaching.com, and the Able Fitness iOS app and Apple Watch companion app distributed through the Apple App Store. By signing up for a membership or downloading the app, you agree to these Terms.
Membership and Billing
AbleFit Club is a subscription service offered as either $10 per month or $59.99 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe at $10/month or $59.99/year, depending on the plan you select at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved.
- iOS in-app subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID using the In-App Purchase system (with entitlement management by RevenueCat) at the same $10/month or $59.99/year pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation and Refunds
Web subscriptions: You may cancel at any time from your account settings on app.ablefitnesscoaching.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access through that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at help@ablefitnesscoaching.com and we will review your case.
iOS subscriptions: You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under their refund policy; we are unable to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. To request an App Store refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use of the Service
AbleFit Club is for personal, non-commercial use. By using the service, you agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Reproduce or redistribute challenge content outside the platform
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members in the community feed
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
The workout plans, exercise videos, nutrition guidance, recovery insights, and other content provided through AbleFit Club — on the web, in the iOS app, and on the Apple Watch app — are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.
By participating in AbleFit Club challenges and workouts, you acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risk and that you participate at your own risk. Able Fitness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the program.
Heart-rate, calorie, GPS, sleep, HRV, and other physiological data displayed by the iOS app or Apple Watch app are estimates derived from sensor data and Apple HealthKit. They are not medical-grade measurements and must not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Apple-Specific Terms (iOS & Apple Watch App)
The following terms apply only to your use of the Able Fitness iOS app obtained from the Apple App Store. To the extent these terms conflict with the rest of these Terms with respect to that app, these Apple-specific terms control.
- Acknowledgment. These Terms are between you and Able Fitness only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Scope of license. The license granted to you for the iOS app is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
- Maintenance and support. Able Fitness is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services.
- Warranty. Able Fitness is solely responsible for any product warranties, express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
- Product claims. Able Fitness, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law.
- Intellectual property. In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Able Fitness, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS app, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Export & legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the app from, any country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site and in the app — including challenge plans, videos, graphics, and text — is owned by Able Fitness and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AbleFit Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific fitness goals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Able Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active members of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Able Fitness is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
